What to Expect in A Private Consultation:
When you choose a private consultation with John Rutter Hair Solutions, you will find that we tailor our process to meet your individual needs. By listening to your concerns, partnering to fulfill your treatment plan, and maintaining 110% confidentiality, we are able to guide and support you from start to finish to the hair results you desire. Step 1: Personal Interview
We begin by determining the root cause of your hair loss. Whether you are undergoing chemotherapy, fighting against alopecia, suffering from pattern baldness, or noticing the beginning stages of thinning, we start from this shared understanding of your concern. Through a personal interview we help determine when your hair loss began, how it has impacted your life, what treatments you have tried previously, and what your desired outcomes are when working with us.
Step 2: Treatment Plan
Once we have an understanding of your individual situation, we develop a strategy and outline a treatment plan. We have a variety of possible solutions ranging from hair pieces to growth stimulating shampoo treatments to leave in thickeners to individualized scalp therapies, hairpieces and wigs.
Step 3: Timelines
With a comprehensive understanding of your concerns and a targeted plan to address them, we then move to building a timeline to suit your specific needs. Some clients prefer to come in more often while others prefer options spanning multiple months. The timeline of your treatment is dependent on your schedule and how you choose to progress.
Step 4: Budget Choices
Finally, once we have an essential understanding of your challenge, a plan to move forward and a desired timeline we then determine payment options. Our desire in this process is to partner with you and help you reach your goals at a pace and cost that you feel most comfortable with. For that reason, we offer a range of different budget plans. We can arrange payments in installments over a time period that works for you.
